Gcash Unauthorized Deduction by Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an unauthorized deduction of ₱699.00 from my GCash wallet by “Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited” on October 19, 2026. I did not authorize this transaction, I did not knowingly sign up for, purchase, or subscribe to any service related to this merchant, and I was not informed that my account would be charged this amount. The charge appeared in my GCash transaction history without my knowledge or consent, and I only became aware of it after seeing the deduction on October 19, 2026 at around 12:10 p.m. I have a transaction record and a screenshot clearly showing the merchant name “Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited”, the amount of ₱699.00, and the date of October 19, 2026, and I can provide these for your verification and investigation. I have not yet contacted GCash support through other channels about this specific transaction and I am submitting this complaint to request urgent action. I respectfully request an immediate and full refund of the ₱699.00 that was deducted from my GCash wallet without my authorization. In addition, I ask that this merchant be thoroughly investigated and permanently blocked from making any further charges to my account without my explicit and documented consent. I also request written confirmation regarding the status of my complaint, the processing of the refund, and the measures that will be taken to prevent any future unauthorized transactions on my GCash account. I expect this matter to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
