Refund My Money!

On October 23, 2026 at around 3:08 PM, an amount of P699.00 was taken from my GCash account for a payment to “Starread Techno” without my knowledge or consent. I did not authorize this transaction, did not knowingly subscribe to any service from this merchant, and did not receive any valid service in return. I request that this unauthorized transaction of P699.00 be fully refunded to my GCash account and that Starread Techno be permanently blocked from charging or accessing my GCash in the future. I kindly ask you to investigate this incident as an unauthorized transaction and inform me of the result as soon as possible.
