I tried to reach support, but I have not received any response or explanation regarding how this transaction occurred or why it was processed without my approval. I request that this unauthorized transaction be investigated urgently, the amount of 699 be refunded to my GCash account, and any connection, subscription, or payment permission linked to Starread Technology Limited be permanently cancelled.
