Gcash & Hong Kong Vcreation Unauthorized Deduction

I am filing a complaint regarding an unauthorized charge made to my GCash wallet through the GCash app by Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited, and I am requesting a full refund of this amount. On October 24, 2026, an amount of ₱699.00 was deducted from my GCash wallet under the name “Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited” with reference transaction number 414265412, without my permission. I did not authorize this transaction, did not agree to any subscription, and did not knowingly register on any platform belonging to this company. I only noticed the issue when I opened my GCash app and saw that this unauthorized deduction had been processed. I have a screenshot of the transaction details clearly showing the merchant name, the amount of ₱699.00, and the date, which proves that this payment was processed without my consent. I already contacted GCash customer support about this situation, but I was only advised to contact the merchant. I do not have an email address or any direct contact information for Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited, so I have been unable to resolve the issue directly with them. I consider this to be an unauthorized and unjustified charge. I request that the ₱699.00 be fully refunded to my GCash wallet as soon as possible and that Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited be permanently blocked from charging my account again in the future. I also request written confirmation once the refund has been processed and the merchant has been blocked from further debits. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly, and I am ready to provide any additional information or documents reasonably required to complete the refund process.
