Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Refund Request for Unauthorized Charge

On 29 September 2026, an amount of 699 was charged to my account by Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited for a subscription. I do not know exactly which service or app this subscription is for and I do not knowingly approve or accept this payment. After noticing the 699 charge, I first contacted my bank and requested a refund. My bank informed me that I should contact the company directly for the refund. Following this, on 29 September 2026 I sent an email from my address (Regine Lamberte) to support@fireworksnetwork****.com with the subject “Please refund my money 699” and clearly requested that the 699 be returned to me. I have not received any positive response or refund so far. I request that the 699 taken from my account without my clear and informed consent be urgently refunded to my original payment method and that any active subscription linked to this payment be cancelled so that no further charges are made.
