GCash ₱699 Unauthorized Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Charge

I am writing to report an unauthorized transaction on my GCash account and to request a full refund of the amount taken. On September 16, 2026, at around 6:09 a.m., an amount of 699 was deducted from my GCash balance for a transaction to “Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited” that I did not authorize, approve, or recognize. I did not purchase anything from this merchant and did not share my OTP or PIN with anyone. I immediately contacted GCash regarding this issue, but I was told that they could not process a refund for this unauthorized transaction. I find this response unacceptable because this money is very important to me and I am now suffering a loss from a transaction I never made. I respectfully request a full refund of the 699 amount and a proper investigation into how this unauthorized transaction was processed on my account. I also ask that any necessary security measures be taken on my account to prevent this from happening again.
