Starread Technology Charged ₱699 Without Authorization Through GCash

On October 12, 2026 at around 5:01 a.m., an amount of 699 was automatically deducted from my GCash account in the name of Starread Technology without my knowledge or consent. I did not intentionally subscribe to any service from this company and I was not clearly informed that I would be charged this amount. I am requesting a full refund of the 699 that was taken from my GCash account and for any subscription or service linked to my name, Maria L***, to be cancelled immediately so that no further unauthorized deductions will occur. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible and the charged amount to be returned to my GCash account.
