About three weeks ago, I made a spot trade with Uni5L on the Gate.io platform. After completing the trade, my account balance was $230, and it remained the same for the next three weeks. However, when I checked my account last night, I noticed that my balance had suddenly dropped to $6.
During this period, there were no additional fees, commissions, or deductions, and the balance disappeared without explanation. I’m unsure whether this was due to a sharp market movement or a system adjustment, but such a drastic change makes no sense.
