I Report Sudden Balance Loss On Gate.io GALA5L Investment
On 2025-06-15, I invested approximately ₺100,000 in the GALA5L token on Gate.io, expecting a stable and secure trading experience. Initially, my account reflected the correct balance of 8,000 GALA5L units. However, to my shock, when I checked my account the next morning, my balance had inexplicably dropped to just 8 units, and the token's total value was reduced to only 1$.
Even if the token price had dropped, such a drastic and unexplained depletion of token quantity is completely unacceptable and contradicts normal market behavior. I immediately contacted Gate.io's support team, but instead of providing a clear explanation or a technical resolution, they responded dismissively, claiming that the situation was “normal.”
This incident has caused me severe financial and emotional distress. I invested ₺100,000, and now I am left with a balance worth less than a fraction of that amount without any reasonable justification.
I explicitly request a full investigation into the matter, the restoration of my initial token balance or a complete refund of my ₺100,000 investment, and a formal apology for the inconvenience and anxiety caused.
