On October 11, 2025, I made a trade on the Gate.io platform using the WLD5S/USDT trading pair. At the time, WLD was priced around $1.25, and I was holding WLD5S tokens. My account balance was approximately ₺2,800.
When the WLD price dropped to $0.78, I expected to see a profit since I had invested in the short (WLD5S) position. However, no increase occurred in my balance — in fact, nothing changed at all, and I didn’t receive the return I should have earned based on the market movement.
I’ve experienced similar issues before, and it’s becoming increasingly frustrating. Gate.io customer service is unreachable, and I haven’t received any support or explanation for these repeated problems.
I urgently request that this issue be investigated immediately, and that my loss be compensated due to the system’s failure to reflect the expected profit.
