On 2025-07-02, I logged into my Gate.io account to check my LoopUSDT coin balance, which I had previously purchased for investment. To my shock, the balance showed zero dollars without any prior notice or explanation. I attempted to search for the Loop token in the trading section, but the coin no longer appears in the search results. Additionally, I am unable to perform any buy or sell transactions involving this token.

There was no delisting announcement or prior warning from Gate.io regarding the removal or freezing of LoopUSDT. This sudden disappearance has caused significant confusion and financial stress. I invested in this coin in good faith, trusting Gate.io’s platform to safeguard my assets and provide clear communication about any major changes.

I request that Gate.io immediately clarify the status of LoopUSDT, restore my balance if it was removed in error, and issue an official explanation for the coin’s disappearance.
