I Report Gate.io For Missing 16,000 XRP5L Tokens After 1000x Price Spike

On September 12, 2025, at around 10:30, I purchased 16,000 XRP5L tokens on Gate.io’s spot market at a price of $0.0087. About an hour later, when I reopened the chart, the token price had increased 1,000 times, reaching $8.7. However, in my account, only 16 tokens are shown instead of the 16,000 I originally purchased, and my principal balance has not increased at all. Because the profit was not reflected in my account, I am experiencing a serious financial loss. There was also no fee or commission deducted for this trade. This is the first time I have ever encountered such a situation, and I could not find any proper channel to reach Gate.io customer service. My UID number is 4819576. I expect Gate.io to thoroughly investigate this transaction and credit me with the full profit I should have received from the 1,000x price increase. I urgently request an explanation and an immediate resolution to this issue.
