I Bought SHIB5L on Gate.io—No Profit When It Rose, Total Loss When It Fell

On 28.02.2025, I purchased SHIB5L as a spot coin on Gate.io at a price of 0.0025. Later, the price climbed to 1.14 USDT, but my account balance didn’t reflect any profit at all. It was as if the price never moved. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this issue either.

Previously, I bought another 5L leveraged spot coin, and when the price dropped, I lost my entire investment. So when it drops, the platform takes your money instantly—but when it goes up, it doesn’t reward you. This is completely unacceptable and feels like manipulation. Gate.io, I demand a full explanation and proper review of my SHIB5L transaction. I want my rightful earnings credited.
