I Transferred Coin to Gate.io 4 Days Ago but It Still Hasn’t Arrived in My Account

Four days ago, I transferred cryptocurrency to my Gate.io account, and although the coins were successfully withdrawn from my originating wallet, they still haven’t shown up on Gate.io. I’ve sent multiple emails to customer support, and all I get is a generic “the transaction is in progress” response. This is unacceptable.

During this delay, the value of the coin dropped, and I’ve already lost over ₺10. It might not sound like a big number to some, but it’s not about the amount—it’s about the lack of transparency and accountability. If the transfer is complete on the blockchain, why hasn’t Gate.io credited it?

I demand that Gate.io immediately complete the deposit or provide a full explanation. Crypto markets move fast, and delays like this directly impact traders. This kind of issue erodes trust. I expect my funds to be credited without any further excuses.
