Hello, I'm having a persistent issue accessing my account (bahatt****@gmail.com) on the Gate.io crypto exchange. Despite reaching out to customer support multiple times, they have not activated my account. I haven't logged in for a while, and now, due to a security question, they won't reactivate it. My email and phone number are correct, and my identification details are accurate. However, they still haven't resolved the activation of my account. Gate.io's questionable actions are causing frustration.
