Gate.io Still Hasn’t Approved My KYC—Can’t Buy or Sell for 5 Days

I completed all the required steps for KYC verification on Gate.io, yet it’s been 5 days and I’m still waiting for approval. Because of this delay, I’m unable to perform any trading activity—no buying, no selling. My account is essentially frozen, and I’m losing valuable time and opportunities in the market. I’ve tried multiple times to initiate the required video verification, but the system doesn’t work properly. It either fails to connect or doesn’t allow the session to begin. This technical issue, combined with the prolonged KYC approval, is beyond frustrating. I request that Gate.io resolve this issue immediately and approve my KYC without further delay so I can resume full use of my account. I shouldn’t be held back by system failures.
