Gate.io KYC Verification Delays Prevent Me from Investing

I signed up for a Gate.io account and submitted my documents for KYC verification. Initially, I was told to wait 24 hours, which I did. After following up, I was informed I’d need to wait an additional 3–4 days. That time passed, and when I contacted them again, they said to wait another 48 hours. Even after all this, my verification still hasn’t been completed.

This endless waiting is unacceptable. It’s a simple approval process, yet it’s preventing me from investing. I’ve likely missed opportunities to make gains because of these delays. Gate.io, you need to prioritize customer concerns and streamline the KYC process. Please resolve my verification immediately and improve your response times for future users!
