Gate.io KYC Verification Discrepancy Problem Unresolved
I successfully completed the KYC verification process and received approval. Confirmation of my KYC was successfully completed on both Gate.io TR and Gate.io Global platforms. I deposited funds into Gate.io TR, but it's been several days and the amount still hasn't been credited to my account. Upon reviewing my account, I noticed that the KYC status is not approved, despite the fact that the information I provided suggests otherwise.
I kindly ask for a prompt resolution to this matter. Attached are the screenshots. I have never witnessed such a poorly run exchange in my life.
