However, the system rejected my address update without explanation. Now, every time I try to use the platform, I get an error message saying the address change was denied, and I’m blocked from trading.
This makes no sense. I followed every step you asked for, provided valid documentation, and yet I can’t complete even the most basic transaction. I’m locked out of buying or selling due to a vague, unexplained error—this is not how a financial platform should operate.
Gate.io, I demand that you review and approve my address update immediately so I can resume trading. Your current system is flawed, and it’s costing users valuable time and potentially money (₺). Fix the verification issue, communicate clearly, and give your users proper access to their own accounts. This needs to be resolved now.
