I Made 4 Withdrawals on Gate.io but Haven’t Received My Funds in Gate TR

Today, I initiated a total of four withdrawal transactions on Gate.io—three via on-chain transfer and one via GateCode. Although all of them were marked as confirmed and approved, none of the funds appeared in my Gate TR account. I waited patiently, thinking there might be a short delay, but hours have passed and still nothing.
What’s even more frustrating is that there is no live support or direct contact person I can reach out to. I’ve searched everywhere for answers or others with similar issues. If anyone has gone through the same situation and found a solution, I would appreciate the help.
Gate.io needs to immediately resolve this transfer issue and ensure users' funds are safe and delivered without delay. We entrust this platform with our money, and being met with silence and uncertainty is unacceptable. I demand a prompt investigation and the return of my funds.
