Gate.io Delisted DVI FROG Tokens and Balance Disappeared
I have been using Gate.io from Turkey with the account registered to the email address cem_y***[email protected]. I had spot balances in the DVI and FROG tokens, and over time Gate.io delisted these coins. After a long period without checking my account, I logged in again and saw that my balance for these delisted tokens was showing as zero and I could not view my past transactions. I estimate that the total value of my DVI and FROG holdings was around 2,500 USD at the time. I sent an email to Gate.io support regarding this issue, but the email address I reached was unavailable and my message could not be delivered, so I could not get any response or explanation. I request that my account and the delisting process for DVI and FROG be examined in detail, that the missing balances be restored, and that the current value of my previous holdings, approximately 2,500 USD, be credited to my account or compensated in an equivalent way. I also ask for a clear written explanation of what happened to my DVI and FROG funds and why they disappeared from my balance without any accessible transaction history.
My DVI and FROG tokens were delisted, and my balance is now showing as zero. I was unable to access my transaction history, and my support email could not be delivered. I am requesting the return of these tokens, valued at approximately $2,500, or equivalent compensation.
