Gate.io Delisted DMCK and Made My 300 USDT Investment Disappear

On the Gate.io exchange, I purchased the token DMCK for approximately 300 USDT. About 4–5 months ago, I noticed that this token had been delisted, and afterward my entire DMCK balance disappeared from my account. At this point, there is no DMCK balance visible at all in my Gate.io account.

During the delisting process, I was not given any notification or guidance. Having a balance disappear from my account in this way is not acceptable. I am requesting a clear explanation regarding what happened to my 300 USDT investment and that this amount be refunded to my account in USDT.

I ask that this issue be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible, as I am experiencing financial loss due to this situation.
