I Lost 500,000 Cirus Coins on Gate.io After Unannounced Delisting Without Refund

I was holding approximately 500,000 Cirus Coins in my Gate.io account as part of my ongoing investment. Last night, without any warning, the coin was suddenly delisted from the platform. When I logged in the following morning, I was shocked to see that my entire Cirus Coin balance had vanished.

I wasn’t given any chance to withdraw, sell, or transfer my holdings. There was no prior notice, no email alert, and no visible communication on the app about this delisting. I tried reaching out through Gate.io’s support channels, but I couldn’t find any real person to speak with—just automated responses and no resolution.

As a result, I suffered a loss of around $450, and I now feel completely abandoned by the platform. I demand that Gate.io restore my Cirus Coin balance or provide equivalent compensation for the delisted tokens. At the very least, I expect a transparent and prompt explanation for how this happened and why I was not informed in advance. This issue must be resolved immediately.
