I Lost 383,000 FRBK Coins After Gate.io Delisted Token Without Warning or Refund Option

On July 29, 2025, I logged into my Gate.io crypto exchange account and was shocked to find that my balance of 383,000 FRBK tokens had been reduced to zero without any prior notice, explanation, or withdrawal opportunity. These assets were held in my spot wallet—not in any staking, locked, or investment account. I never received an email, app notification, or warning from Gate.io regarding the delisting of FRBK or the disappearance of my funds.

This incident is highly alarming. I was never given the chance to convert or withdraw my holdings before the token vanished from my balance. At this point, I have not yet received any official response or assistance from Gate.io support.

I demand a full explanation of why my FRBK tokens were wiped out, whether any recovery is possible, and what recourse is available for affected users. Gate.io must transparently investigate this incident and take immediate steps to resolve my financial loss. I expect a prompt and thorough resolution.
