I’m writing to express my frustration with Gate.io over the sudden delisting of the PFVS3L token. After the token was delisted, it simply vanished from my account without any warning, compensation, or traceable update. I had a balance during the time of delisting, and now it’s completely gone — not even visible in my transaction history or wallet.
This is not the kind of conduct I expect from a globally recognized crypto exchange. Gate.io has a responsibility to protect its users' assets and to communicate transparently when a token is about to be removed from the platform. Instead, I was left with no token, no USDT compensation, and no clear explanation.
I demand that Gate.io immediately compensates me based on the token’s value in USDT at the time of delisting. Users should not suffer financial losses due to your internal decisions, especially without proper notice. Please resolve this issue without delay. I trusted Gate.io for secure trading, but this experience has severely damaged that trust.
