I Experienced Eyelid Flaking and Puffiness After Using Estée Lauder Eye Gel Creme
About 6–7 months ago, I purchased an Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Gel Creme set through Trendyol. Every time I use this product, I experience swelling under my eyes, which lasts for a long time and doesn’t go away easily. Even when I avoid applying it directly under my eyes and only use it around the eye area or on my eyelids, I still experience irritation and flaking on my eyelids.
This reaction has occurred every single time I’ve used the product, which made it impossible for me to use it regularly. I haven’t yet contacted Estée Lauder customer service, but I paid between ₺1,000 and ₺2,000 for this set on Trendyol.
Because this cream consistently causes swelling and irritation around my eyes, I’m requesting that my complaint be reviewed urgently and that I receive either a refund or an appropriate replacement.
