Request to Lift Team and Ranked Restrictions on My Free Fire Account

I play Garena Free Fire on an Android device (Poco X7 Pro). My account ID is 464882212 and my username is ┇ᑕ★┇ꑄİꐞꋬꃬㅤ³¹. On October 26, 2025, around 16:34, my account was placed under review, and since then, I’ve been facing several restrictions. This is the second time this has happened — I had previously received a ranked match ban under similar circumstances.

I have never used cheats or violated any rules. Although I can still log into my account, I can no longer join squads, participate in team games, or enter ranked matches. When I try to start a match, the loading screen just freezes indefinitely, and the game never begins. I have not made any purchases or in-game transactions during this period. I waited for the issue to resolve on its own, but nothing changed. I also haven’t yet contacted Garena’s support team.

I kindly request that my account restrictions be lifted, allowing me to rejoin teams and participate in ranked matches again. Please review my account thoroughly and resolve this issue so that I can continue playing normally.
