Garena Support Unresponsive – Free Fire Account Banned
My Free Fire account (ID: 647977848), which I play on my Android device, was banned in 2023 without any warning or explanation. Before the ban, I had been experiencing issues with in-game payments — some of my transactions were not credited to my account. I contacted Garena support regarding these problems, but I never received a response about either the payment issue or the reason for my ban.
I had spent a great deal of time and effort progressing in the game and had also made several purchases. I have never used cheats, third-party software, or performed any action that violates the rules.
I request a clear explanation of why my account was banned and that it be reinstated immediately. Additionally, I ask that my payment issues be reviewed and that my losses be compensated accordingly.
