While playing Garena Free Fire on my Poco X6 Pro 5G about 1.5–2 hours ago, I suddenly received a warning saying, “This team includes suspicious players under review. You cannot join right now.” From that moment on, I have not been able to join any team at all. All global invitations disappeared, and socially, I can no longer create teams or receive invites in the game.
To fix the problem, I first restarted my phone, then uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but none of these attempts worked. I haven’t contacted customer support yet. My in-game username/player ID is: 3483***69.
I believe this situation is completely unfair and harmful to players. I have never used cheats, third-party software, or engaged in any behavior against the rules. Despite that, your system seems to be punishing innocent players instead of catching actual cheaters, which is a serious issue. This error has completely ruined my gaming experience.
I have not made any payments or purchased special packages on this account. I absolutely do not accept being team-banned despite being innocent. I demand that this issue be resolved immediately, that my account be restored to normal, and that improvements be made to your system so such mistakes don’t happen again.
