Free Fire Android Account Frozen on Loading Screen After Review

I play Garena Free Fire on my Android device, and since last night my account (ID: 5818****44) has been under review. I have never used any cheats or third-party software, yet I’m experiencing severe restrictions on my account.
Although I can still log in successfully, I can’t join teams or start matches. The game gets stuck on the loading screen, and matches never begin. This issue has been happening since last night and continues every time I try to play.
I haven’t contacted customer support yet, but I plan to file a new ticket. Since I’ve never violated any game rules, I request that this unjust restriction be lifted and that my account be fully restored to normal as soon as possible.
