My FF Account Got Hacked And They Unsubscribed Me From Garena

I am a Free Fire player from Guyana and I normally play on a North American server. Around two weeks ago my Free Fire account was hacked. The person who accessed it unsubscribed me from Garena, and since then I have been unable to get back into my account. My Gmail address linked to the account is still active, but I no longer receive any OTP codes needed to log in and recover access. I tried to create a support ticket to resolve this, but the system keeps responding that my request is not within my region, so I cannot proceed with standard support. Because of this region restriction I am currently completely locked out of my own account despite still having the original email. I request that my account be fully reviewed and that access be restored to me as the rightful owner, including re-enabling OTP or providing another secure way to log in. I also ask that the region issue be checked so that I can receive proper support for this account from Guyana on the North American server.
