I am an active Free Fire player on Android, and I am currently unable to receive the verification code that should be sent to my recovery Gmail address. I have been trying to log in and receive the code since the 16th, but even though the system says the verification code has been sent, nothing arrives in my Gmail inbox.
This issue started after I accidentally unsubscribed from Garena’s emails. Since then, I have not been receiving the verification emails required to access my account. I have checked my spam folder, but the verification messages are not there either.
In addition, I can no longer access my Free Fire account because it appears to have been hacked. The hacker has changed the login platform associated with my account, which has completely locked me out.
I request that my email subscription to Garena be restored or that any necessary adjustments be made so that verification codes can be delivered again to my recovery Gmail address. I also ask that my account be reviewed for unauthorized access, the original login method be restored, and my access to the account be recovered.
I would like to regain access to my Free Fire account as soon as possible and request your support in resolving both the email delivery issue and the security breach.
