Free Fire Payment Deducted But Diamonds Not Received

I made a monthly donation purchase of Rs 799 on my Free Fire account, but I did not receive the monthly diamonds even though the amount was deducted from my payment account. My Free Fire ID is 2670068199 and I paid through UPI using PhonePe. The payment of Rs 799 was successfully deducted from my PhonePe account, but the diamonds were not credited to my Free Fire ID. Since the money has already been taken and I have received no in-game benefit, this situation is very disappointing. I request that the missing monthly diamonds for my Free Fire ID 2670068199 be credited to my account as soon as possible or that my Rs 799 be refunded to the original payment method.
