Free Fire Diamonds Not Delivered After Google Play Purchase

Yesterday, I purchased a membership package with diamonds in Free Fire through Google Play, paying ₺300. During the transaction, I didn’t receive any error messages, and the payment was successfully deducted from my account. However, the diamonds were never added to my account, and they don’t appear in my membership either. My User ID is: 10128641225.

I have never experienced an issue like this before, and I haven’t yet contacted customer service. I expect the diamonds I paid for to be credited to my account as soon as possible.
