I Got Banned from Garena Free Fire After Paying for Diamonds I Never Received
I’m extremely frustrated with Garena Free Fire. I recently purchased diamonds, and the money—₺—was immediately deducted from my account. But the diamonds never showed up in my game. And to make things even worse, my account was banned before I could even access my profile or report the issue properly.
This is completely unacceptable. You took my money, gave me nothing in return, and now I can’t even log in to get support because of the ban. I don’t even have access to my player ID anymore since I can’t open my profile, which makes contacting support even more difficult.
You need to either refund my money or deliver the diamonds I paid for—no excuses. This kind of experience makes players lose trust in the game completely. I’ve spent both time and money here, and I expect a fair resolution. If I don’t receive proper help soon, I will escalate this and file a formal complaint. Please take responsibility and resolve this immediately.
