I bought diamonds in Garena Free Fire, but they never appeared in my account. I waited, restarted the game, and even checked my transaction history—nothing. Despite completing the payment, I received zero in return.

What’s more frustrating is that I haven’t received any response or acknowledgment from Garena support. No updates, no resolution—just silence. This is not what I expect from a platform I’ve trusted and supported.

I’m asking you to fix this issue immediately and credit the diamonds I paid for. If not, my trust in this game and its support team will be completely lost. Please take this seriously and resolve it without further delay.
