About a year ago, my Garena Free Fire mobile account (UID: 392472*, in-game name: ****) was hacked. After recovering my account through Facebook, I discovered that it had been banned with the message: “Abnormal activities were detected on your account. Suspended.”
I have been playing since 2019 and have always followed the rules. I have never used cheats, hacks, or any third-party software. My account was linked to both Facebook and Google, and over the years I invested approximately ₺10,000–₺20,000 into it. I strongly believe the ban was triggered by unauthorized actions taken during the period when my account was stolen, not by my own activity.
I immediately contacted Garena Free Fire customer support via email, but I have received no response. To this day, my account remains banned, and I cannot access it. Losing this account unfairly after years of fair play and significant investment is extremely frustrating and disheartening.
I am requesting that Garena thoroughly investigate my case, remove the unfair ban, and restore my account access. This account is very important to me, and I do not want to lose it due to actions carried out by a hacker. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue.
