My Free Fire Account Was Hacked and Unfairly Banned — Need Recovery Help
My Garena Free Fire account (UID: 155144*, in-game name: l***), which I play on Android, was hacked in July 2022. When I managed to recover my account via Facebook, I discovered that it had been permanently banned. I’ve been playing since 2019, always following the game’s rules, and I’ve never used cheats or third-party programs. I’ve also spent around ₺5,000 on this account.
I believe the ban was caused by the unauthorized person who accessed my account and performed actions that violated the rules. When I contacted Garena customer support, they only replied that my account was banned and provided no solution or appeal option. My account was registered with the email address vik******@gmail.com**.
I never received any warnings or abnormal activity notifications, and I’m requesting that my account be reviewed again and reactivated. My account is extremely important to me, and I don’t want to see years of effort unfairly erased because of someone else’s wrongdoing.
