Free Fire Weapons Didn’t Work During Match, Honor Score Deducted

I am writing to report a serious problem I experienced in Free Fire Garena during a Clash Squad match and to request compensation for the loss and unfair penalty I suffered. On 14 January 2026, at around 1:11, in a Clash Squad match, the guns I purchased did not work even though my network connection was good. I was unable to buy any weapons despite having enough coins, and I was forced to play only with the initial pistol given at the start of the round. However, even the pistol did not cause any damage. On my screen, it showed that the enemy was being hit, but no actual damage was registered, so I could not properly participate in the match. Because of this technical problem, my teammates assumed that I was intentionally not playing, and my honor score was unfairly. This situation has negatively affected my in‑game reputation and ranking, even though the issue was clearly due to a game error and not my behavior or connection. I have also recorded the incident as a screen recording, and I can provide this proof if needed. My Free Fire UID is 1482062985. I kindly request that my honor score be restored and that I be compensated for this mistake with 5,000 diamonds sent to this UID, as I lost both performance and reputation in the game due to a problem completely outside my control. I expect this issue to be investigated by the management and for the necessary corrections and compensation to be provided.
