My Free Fire account with player UID: 2777583066 has been restricted for over a month now, and I still haven’t received any resolution. I am completely unable to join groups or play any ranked game modes. Every time I try to participate in a match with others or join a team, I receive the same frustrating message: “This team contains suspicious players under review.”
What’s especially upsetting is that I haven’t made any changes to my game files, nor have I broken any rules. I play fairly and have always respected the terms of service. Yet, I’ve been unfairly hit with a group ban that’s now lasted weeks, making it impossible to fully enjoy the game.
Garena, I’m asking you to look into this issue seriously and lift the unjust restriction on my account. I’ve invested time and effort into this game and expect to be treated fairly. Please investigate and allow me to rejoin group and ranked modes without delay.
