Garena Free Fire Level-Up Reward Missing Diamonds and Event Access

I purchased the level-up reward in Garena Free Fire, but I only received 415 diamonds initially. The rest of the promised diamonds were not credited to my account. Additionally, this purchase was counted as part of the top-up event, which then disappeared, and I can no longer access it in any way.

This issue is incredibly frustrating as I paid for a full reward and expected access to the event benefits. Losing both the remaining diamonds and the event opportunity is unacceptable.

I request that Garena resolves this issue immediately by crediting the missing diamonds and restoring my access to the top-up event. Please address this matter as soon as possible to ensure a fair gaming experience.
