Free Fire Took My 4000 Diamonds But Didn’t Give Me the New Character as Promised

I’m writing to express my frustration with Free Fire. The game clearly stated that the newly released character would be awarded in exchange for 4000 diamonds. Trusting this, I spent exactly 4000 diamonds, but I never received the character.

This is completely unfair. I followed the instructions and met the requirements, yet I got nothing in return. My diamonds were deducted, but the promised reward was never delivered. This kind of false advertising and reward system failure is unacceptable, especially when it involves in-game currency that players either earn through time or purchase with real money.

I’m requesting the full return of my 4000 diamonds immediately or the delivery of the character I was promised. Garena, please address this issue and ensure fair treatment for your players. I won’t continue supporting a game that doesn’t honor its own offers.
