Free Fire Review Process Disrupts Ranked and Squad Gameplay
My Free Fire account was placed under review about four days ago without any stated reason, and since then I have been unable to join group matches in the game. I can only play solo. I have not received any warning, explanation, or reason for this restriction.
I have invested significant time and effort into this account for a long period, regularly playing ranked matches. Because of my account’s current status, I cannot fully enjoy the game or play normally with my friends. Even though I contacted the support team, I have not received any response so far.
I am requesting that the review on my account (ID: 4699339118) be completed urgently, that my account be restored so I can join group matches normally, and that the reason for this restriction be clearly and explicitly explained to me.
