I Face a Group Ban in Free Fire Despite No Violations

I am experiencing a serious issue with my Free Fire account (UID: 1966249855). About two weeks ago, my account was banned for one week without any explanation or action from my side. After patiently waiting for the ban period to end, I was able to access my account again, but unfortunately, I faced another unexpected problem.

Currently, my account has a group restriction, and I cannot join any team-based games. Every time I try to play in a team or join a group, the lobby does not load, and I receive a warning message saying “players under review”. This restriction prevents me from fully enjoying the game and participating in team matches, which is a core part of Free Fire’s gaming experience.

I have not engaged in any rule-breaking behavior, cheating, or inappropriate activity. This unjust restriction has deeply affected my gaming experience and caused me emotional distress. I only wish to play the game fairly like I used to.
