Free Fire Permanent Ban Left My Purchases and Progress Locked

I am extremely dissatisfied with the permanent ban placed on my Free Fire account about five years ago. My Free Fire ID is 1634807600. Despite all this time, I still cannot access my account, and this situation has caused me serious frustration and disappointment because I invested not only a lot of time and effort, but also real money into this game. Over the time I played Free Fire, I spent money on in‑game purchases, top-ups and items to improve my account and enjoy the game more. All of these purchases are now completely inaccessible to me because of the permanent ban. It is very upsetting to lose both my progress and the money I spent without being offered any realistic solution. Previously, when I contacted support, I was only told that the ban was permanent, without clear details and without any alternative such as compensation or transfer of my data. I find it unfair that, after my time and financial investment in the game, I am left with no way to recover what I have built. I am clearly stating my request: I want all possible data, items, purchases and progress from my banned account to be transferred to a new Free Fire account so that I can continue playing the game I invested in. At the very least, I expect you to offer a concrete solution that respects the time and money I have spent, instead of simply repeating that the ban is permanent. I request that my situation be reviewed in detail and that you provide a serious, fair and satisfactory response by transferring my account data or offering an equivalent solution that compensates my loss.
