Free Fire Permanently Banned My Account After 7 Years Without Proof
I have been playing Free Fire for approximately seven years, putting in a great deal of effort and spending several hours every day on my account. However, on December 1 or 2, 2025, my account was permanently suspended. My player ID is 1291184529. Even though I have never used cheats, third-party software, or violated any game rules, my account was suddenly permanently banned.
Before the ban, a cheating player randomly and unintentionally joined my group, and later that same evening, my account received a permanent ban. I believe I was punished because of this situation, even though I personally did not use any cheats or perform any inappropriate actions on my account. As a result, years of effort were wasted all at once.
This account had never received any prior warnings or temporary bans. After experiencing this unfair situation, I contacted player support about five times, but each time I received the same automated response. I feel that my messages were not read or reviewed by a real support representative.
Player support has shown no real interest in my case, and my situation has not been properly investigated. I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed, that the permanent ban be lifted if there is no concrete evidence of cheating, and that my account be restored. I respectfully ask that my seven years of effort and time invested be taken into consideration and that my grievance be resolved.
