Free Fire Banned My Account for No Reason and Won’t Let Me Play

While playing the game Free Fire on November 24, 2025, I was suddenly kicked out of the game without receiving any warning, and from that moment on, my account was completely restricted. I can no longer log into the game or join any groups, and I am unable to play at all. The only thing shown on the screen is that my account has been banned, but no explanation is provided as to why.

My account ID number is 484612454. I have not engaged in any actions that violate the rules, such as using cheats, third-party software, selling or sharing accounts, or any similar prohibited activity. Despite this, my account was banned without any stated reason, which has caused me significant inconvenience and has prevented me from accessing an account I invested a great deal of time and effort into.

I respectfully request that my account be reviewed again in detail, that any possible system error be corrected if one exists, and that the ban be lifted so I can continue playing the game without issues.
