Free Fire ID Ban

My Garena Free Fire mobile account has been temporarily suspended for 7 days as of today, even though I have not used any cheats or illegal programs. The suspension seems to have happened after a lucky headshot I made with a sniper, which I believe was mistakenly flagged by the system as suspicious. My in‑game details are as follows: ID 14394480855 and username Lwmarcelo!!. I have invested time and effort into this account and I am very upset that it has been suspended without a valid reason. I kindly request that my account be thoroughly reviewed and that the suspension be removed as soon as possible so I can continue playing normally.
