I’m writing this out of pure frustration. I’ve never used cheats or done anything unfair while playing Garena Free Fire. In fact, I’m strongly against cheating in any form. But when I tried to log in recently, I was met with a message saying, “Your account received multiple reports and is now under review. Try again in 7 days.” This is completely unjustified.
I only play 3 or 4 matches a day, and that too casually. I don’t understand how I ended up being restricted. If I had used any hacks or violated game rules, I’d accept the punishment. But I’ve done nothing wrong, and I’m now locked out of my account for a full week for no valid reason.
Garena, please take another look at my case. I’ve put time, effort, and genuine interest into this game, and I don’t deserve to be treated like a rule-breaker. I’m requesting that the ban be lifted and that measures be taken to avoid punishing innocent players in the future.
