Free Fire Suspended My Account Without a Timer – No Explanation Given

Hello, Garena Free Fire customer service, my account has been suspended, and after 7 days, instead of a countdown timer, it now simply says my account is suspended indefinitely.

I have never used cheats or any unauthorized software, so I don’t understand why this happened. I have invested time and effort into this game, and now my account is locked without any warning or explanation.

I am requesting an immediate review of my account and for the suspension to be lifted. This ban is unfair, and I expect Free Fire to properly investigate the situation instead of penalizing honest players. Please restore my account as soon as possible!
